Refund Policy

30-Day Soul Guarantee

Open your portrait. Read your compatibility report. If it doesn't land for you, email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund every cent. No survey, no follow-up question, no holding-you-on-the-phone.

How to request

  1. Email hello@fatedface.com from the same address you used at checkout.
  2. Mention “refund” in the subject line.
  3. We'll reply within one business day and process the refund the same day.

Timing

Refunds are returned to the original card via Stripe. Stripe typically clears the funds back to your statement within 5–10 business days, but the actual posting depends on your bank.

What's covered

  • Any FatedFace purchase within the last 30 days, for any reason.
  • The optional Soulmate Timing Report add-on if it was bought alongside the main reading.
  • The Toxic Soul Tie upsell purchased on the same session.

What's not covered

  • Orders older than 30 days. (If something exceptional happened — email us anyway. We use judgment.)
  • Orders where a chargeback or dispute has already been opened with your bank. Once a chargeback is filed we lose the ability to refund directly through Stripe.
  • Cosmetic re-generation requests (“I wanted blue eyes instead of brown”). The model is what it is; we can't re-roll the aesthetic on demand. We can refund and you can run the trace again.
